I’m literally so pumped, you guys. If you haven’t already seen it, my Twitter timeline this morning is essentially a prolonged scream.
This book is full of good stories and visceral poetry. Beyond that, the words written and messages carried within those words are important. These women granted me the gift of using their words to uplift female voices — and we’re all screaming from the mountaintop: WE ARE HERE.
The female voice is strong and will not be controlled.
